Custom Memorial Celebration Plan – $750

A detailed ceremony plan designed for you to carry out.

Ideal for those who want to host the day themselves but need a clear, professional blueprint. We craft a complete celebration plan shaped to your vision, style, and priorities — then hand it over for you to execute with confidence.

What’s Included:

  • Full memorial design (flow, style, tone, guest experience)

  • Program creation (custom order of service, readings, music, traditions)

  • Written elements: eulogy, obituary, or tribute writing support

  • Vendor coordination for up to 3 vendors (venue, catering, celebrant)

  • Up to 3 scheduled planning calls (kickoff, mid-point, final review) + quick email/text check-ins

  • Optional add-on: Visual Tribute Package (+$450)

Designed + Done – $1950

For those who want everything handled from start to finish. The Designed + Done package brings your vision to life with a fully planned and coordinated memorial — including ceremony structure, curated music and readings, visual tributes, printed programs, and day-of guidance where needed. Every detail is crafted to reflect your loved one’s story while allowing you to be fully present.

What’s Included:

  • Full memorial design (event flow, style, tone, guest experience)

  • Program creation (custom order of service, readings, music, traditions)

  • Visual tributes: slideshow (up to 75 photos, music-timed), memorial posters, and digital keepsakes

  • Written elements: eulogy, obituary, or tribute writing support

  • Vendor coordination for up to 5 vendors (venue, catering, celebrant, florist, musician)

  • Unlimited email/text communication week-of-event + 3 structured planning calls

  • Optional Add-On: Day-of in-person support (Central Texas) — $500 for up to 5 hours, $100/hr after
